Silver-Hourglass

Seriously I make a lot of promises that I never keep.  I vaguely remember posting a journal years post-hence promising to become more active but we all see how nicely that DIDN'T happen >.>

Tons of stuff have happened in my prolonged absence, I've moved out, transferred Universities, redeclared my major, played piano till my fingers bled, read the entirety of Homestuck, received a few troubling diagnoses, dealt with loss, staved off crisis, and yet in spite of all this, somehow my insomnia seems to be waning which is a good thing.  Sleep is good. 

 Life for me is in a very good spot presently, albeit busy as fuck.  I've had little to no time for art and that kind of makes me a little sad.  Once I can get back home and start earning a paycheck again, cosplays and art are most certainly things that will be happening.  Expect uploads but not soon as I do not have access to a scanner. 

I guess What I am ultimately getting at is that I would like to get back into DeviantArt again cause I enjoyed it.  I missed you guys, and I earnestly apologize for my neglectful tendencies.

Lol I am consumed by Assassin's Creed feels and laziness.  I've been drawing, but I'm too damn lazy to scan them and upload them >> Now that the Semestre is over maybe I'll be more active up here…  I promise I'm not dead!!!

Blehh…  So I've been feeling decidedly uninspired as of late. Been really busy with all my classes and whatnot and haven't really had a chance to update much let alone draw anything.  Just got over a major cold and an inner ear infection.  Yeah that drove me absolutely batty.  I was deaf in my right ear for a good solid week.  
Yeah I really don't even know…  I just kinda felt the urge to update something.  But yeah,  I'm still alive…… ish...

I am 18 years old today.  The very same day I walked across the stage and received my high school diploma!  So many emotions and thoughts right now!  HIGH SCHOOL IS OOOVVVEEERRR!!!!!!!!!!!!  After 4 long years I'm finally freeeeee!!!!!  I can hardly believe it though.  I actually got my deviantART account right around this time 5 years ago.  It's been a long time coming.

So my Titanic has been sent off to the Congressional Art Show!  I'm really nervous but really excited to hear if it got in!  I should be hearing within the next few days!  Its apparently a really tough competition so I am prepared to hear that it didn't get in but I'm also still hopeful.  This is probably one of the biggest deals I've ever been a part of XDD If my piece wins, it will be displayed in the white-house ((I think :/)) but don't quote me on this XD Also I wish the best of luck to anyone and everyone else that applied for this show.  Can't wait for news!
